1. It can improve your metabolism.
Although cold showers alone cannot help improve your metabolism, however, with a change in a healthier overall life, it can certainly have benefits. Humans are born with what is called “brown fat”, which is actually healthy to have. With healthy levels of “brown fat” you can improve your “white fat” which is usually what causes health conditions such as heart diseases. Brown fat is activated with cold water.
2. It can improve circulation.
Athletes have been taking cold showers for years to help with injuries and faster healing.
