Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Section 1 - Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states).
U.S. Territories & APO/FPO: Shipping to U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO addresses may be available depending on the specific product or service being ordered.

If an item in your cart is eligible for shipping to these locations, the option will appear at checkout.

If a specific product or service cannot be shipped to a U.S. Territory, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of the order and issue a refund.
International Shipping: We do not currently ship to countries outside of the United States from BearGrips.com.
Section 2 - Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Section 3 - Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Free Shipping: If applicable, free shipping offers apply only to standard shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise stated.
Section 4 - Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window indicated on your tracking number, please contact us at support@beargrips.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Section 5 - Incorrect Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Bear Grips is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Section 6 - Lost or Stolen Packages Bear Grips is not liable for any packages lost or stolen after the shipping carrier has marked them as "Delivered."

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, your leasing office, or your local post office/carrier facility.

We recommend choosing a secure shipping address to minimize the risk of theft.
Section 7 - Damages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please contact us immediately at support@beargrips.com so we can assist you with the carrier claim process or an exchange.
