We are looking for a self-motivated,outgoing, outside sales - product demo representative to join our team. Our focus is to educate and sell to primarily Cross Training athletes and provide box owners with additional revenue streams to grow their businesses.

As an outside sales - product demo representative at Bear Grips, you will set up product demos at Cross Training boxes for either or both their morning and evening class blocks, educate classes on products, size out athletes, and be an interactive part of each class by answering questions or engaging participation. You will be responsible for booking your own demos, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong sales DNA, be results-driven, execution-focused and customer orientated.

You are the right person for this role if you are proactive, self-motivated, organized, responsible and able to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Have a strong background in sales with a track record of exceeding targets, preferably in outside sales, telesales, email marketing & new customer acquisition and/or business development.


  • Set up product demos and events at Cross Training affiliates
  • Educate athletes and box members on company products
  • Follow up with coaches and gym owners for wholesale opportunities
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base


  • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, outside sales
  • Passion for Cross Training
  • Out-going, energetic, self - motivated, self-disciplined
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
